The ground floor includes the luxurious and spacious living room with original artwork, comfortable leather seating, flat screen TV and DVD player. A large round oak table forms the centrepiece for the separate dining room, with seating for all the family and plenty of games, books and DVDs to enjoy. This room overlooks the courtyard area, which contains a small outdoor table and 2 chairs, making it a perfect escape to read your book in the sun. There is also a hot outdoor shower and useful wetsuit hanging area.

The fully fitted kitchen contains a range cooker, a separate conventional oven and induction hob and also includes a washer/drier and dishwasher.

On the 1st floor are the 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with plenty of storage. There is a pretty, bright twin room with view onto the courtyard area. The light filled double bedroom which is beautifully furnished is situated next to the family bathroom containing the power shower. The Master King bedroom is very luxurious with traditional furniture, original artwork and en-suite shower room. The bunk bedroom contains full sized bunk beds and a further en-suite shower room.
